Who we are and what we do

C2hr was founded by the leadership team of C3 Advisors, LLC, a consulting firm that focuses on revenue cycle management, and Medicare compliance for home-health and hospice providers throughout the United States and Canada. Over the course of the last several years they have seen an increased need for senior level HR services at affordable rates in order for small and mid-size businesses to realize their full potential for success in an everchanging market. The C2hr team is dedicated to helping businesses manage their most valuable asset while doing what they do best. C2hr is managed by C3's co-founder, Kristen Harder. Kristen has a master's degree in HR management and is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has over 15 years of experience developing and delivering high quality HR services to small and mid-size businesses in a variety of service industries healthcare, dental, legal, and technology.
